Creative
Writing Course
Writing skills can be the ticket to better
grades and greater academic achievement. Good writing can absolutely
improve your ability to articulate your ideas in a clear and intelligible
manner and increase how credible and qualified others perceive you
to be.
Objective:
This course will give students the opportunity to refine their paragraph-writing
skills through discussion of correct paragraph structure and frequent
writing assignments, both in and out of class.
Lesson
Planning:
In
class: Students are taught to use the main steps of
the writing process (generating, organizing, drafting, revising,
and editing ideas) that students go through to craft papers. After
class discussion, students are told to write their own writing.
Teachers ensure that students can express themselves coherently
through effective use of grammar and punctuation.
Examination: There will be two examinations
a year. The examination is an in-class writing assignment.
